EMILANA TORRINI IN ISTANBUL

Just a few seconds ago, my dearie boyfriend asked me a question. He asked "Would you like me to take you to a special place this summer?" and ah answered "You can take me anywhere love." Then he said "We are going to the Emiliana Torrini concert, then."

First, I just stood there, tried to recognize. Then he showed me the official notice on her MySpace, and this time I just couldn't handle the tears :O I said,

I AM GOING TO SEE EMILIANA TORRINI.

After 8 years, after 8 long, aching years, my prays have been accepted. Her, staring in front of me with all her elegance and beauty, singing Love in the Time of Science, caressing my soul with her velvet voice. I've been praying for this for so long, it still seems too good to be true.

So, July 15, you will be my new best friend ever!
